1.Alcohol handled for sale is limited to the following types:
(1) Japanese alcoholic beverages
Rice wine, distilled spirits (Shouchu), and fruit liquor (liqueur) on the shopping list of catalogue (or internet) are produced by brewers, who had an annual production of less than 3 thousand kilo liters during the levy period of their relevant accounting year from April 1st to next March 31st, in the year before the published date of the catalogue.
(2) Imported alcoholic beverages
Sell alcohol by marketing in more than two prefectures and take orders from general public via mail-order, printed catalogue, and internet shop, etc. Arrange delivery after confirming the age of prospective customers.
