(hereafter referred to as “our company”) is committed to handling and protecting the privacy of your personal information managed for the use of services we provide (hereafter referred to as “our services”) on this website. Herein, we state our privacy policy (hereafter referred to as “our policy”).

Article 1 (Definition)

Article 2 (Collection)
Our company will collect information that is necessary for registration of users, including name, date of birth, home address, telephone number, email address, and credit card details. We will also collect personal information from marketing partners, service providers, ad sponsors, and referring agencies (hereafter referred to as “our partners”) on record of transaction or settlement of accounts with users. Our company will collect Online Data and GeoIP Data about users, when they engage with services offered by our company or partners or visit our website. This non-personal information includes your interaction with our services, our software function, purchased products, browsed pages and ads, searched keywords, the date and time of your visit to applications and platforms, your IP address, your use of cookies, physical location, and the IP address of your computer or device.
Article 3 (Purposes)
Our company may collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
(1) To disclose personal information for the user to see, correct and check with current registered information such as name, address, contact, and payment and financial information about received services, purchased products, and amount due.
(2) To use contact information such as name and address of the user when it is necessary to email information or to ship ordered products.
(3) To use personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, credit card details, and stamped mail with completed delivery instructions to identify the user.
(4) To hold usage information such as product name and purchased quantity, requested service, the period and frequency of access to our services. Each charge for usage, name, address, and credit card details are necessary to bill the user.
(5) To display registered information on the screen for reference of the user, who can enter data easily and also for our transmission of data to our partners with the consent or under direction of the user.
(6) To use personal information such as usage information, name, and address to identify the user in order to reject misuse that violates this policy and to prevent unauthorized access that may cause delayed payment or incur serious harm to a third party.
(7) To use usage, contact, and billing information in order to respond to enquiries or request from the user and to provide them with effective service.
(8) Other purposes related to above clauses
Article 4 (Transfer)
Except for below cases, our company disapproves data transfer to a third party, unless prior consent has been obtained from the user. However, the Privacy Act and relevant laws approve the followin gexceptions:
(1) In order to comply with legal requirements
(2) In order to protect a life, health, and property of affected people with the least chance to get agreement from the user.
(3) To help national government agencies, local authorities, or contractors carry out their legal duties, because getting consent of the user may disrupt enactment of their legal obligations.
(4) Prior notice or announcement has been made of the following: The purpose of collecting personal information includes data transfer to a third party, and states what kind of personal information to be transferred, what method or steps to take for data transmission. However, the following is outside the definition of a third party:

(1)a person commissioned by our company to perform the whole or partial handling of personal information we collect, which is necessary for fulfilling our purpose.
(2)the merger or successor to which our company will provide personal information for joint management.
(3) a partner with whom we share personal information under an agreement on who will use what kind of personal information and for what purpose. The name of the manager who is responsible for protecting the privacy of the user should be sent in advance or can be easily researched by the user.
Article 5 (Disclosure)
Our company will disclose personal information we collect from users when requested. However, we disagree with the whole or partial disclosure of personal information under the following. When we decline a request, we contact the user immediately.

(1) If it threatens life, health, property, rights, and benefits of the user or a third party.
(2) It may interfere with proper performance of our company.
(3) It fails to comply with other relevant legal requirements.
This article doesn’t apply to non-personal information such as the date, time, and duration of the visit and accessed pages, which bans disclosure in principle.
Article 6 (Correction & Deletion)
If a user finds incorrect description of personal information we hold, they will contact our company and ask us to correct or delete the error by following our instruction.

If our company sees their request as reasonable, we will take immediate steps to correct or delete the inaccurate description and inform the user.
Article 7 (Opt-Out Policy)
If a user complains about illegitimate handling of their personal information beyond our policy purpose and scope, or by unauthorized access, they may request our company to terminate the use of their information or to delete it altogether (hereafter, referred to as “Opt-Out”). Then, our company will proceed with necessary investigation and keep the user informed of the progress. Based on the obtained result, our company may terminate the use of the information, and then, we would advise the user. However, if this termination encumbers the user with a considerable cost and inconvenience, our company will find an alternative for implementing it in order to protect the rights and benefits of the user.
Article 8(Update of Private Policy)
Our company will review and update necessary part of this policy without announcing it to the user.

Our company will post an updated policy on this website and then make it effective, unless stated otherwise.
