Naturally-grown grapes leave distinct smell of the soil in the palate.

Before contact with air, the wine had slight acidity, but as time passed, it revealed a persistent bouquet of fragrant grapes. The peculiar smell of soil in the complex taste of wine seemed like a distinctive feature of natural grapes. The taste got more delicious with a touch of dessert wine and I enjoyed with a pair of cheese. This reminded me of Gagaku, Japanese traditional performing art, composed of three parts, “prelude, turn, and climax.” The first impression of wine was unstable, the second was elevating until a dynamic jump into climax. My wife and I appreciated prayerful effort behind noble beauty of this wine.

Reprint from the facebook on drinking party of three labels

I love wine, but I’m not special about it. It goes well with meat or fares well with pizza. I never felt like a sommelier who mentions “fruity fragrance of berries,” or “pristine smell of soil.” It was so until I was caught by the first exotic sensation. Strong, fruity fragrance of pure grapes almost overwhelmed me. Just a sip on my lips spread intense flavor, but it wasn’t heavy at all. I never had such an enriching experience. Its fruitiness presented a slight touch of brandy or plum liquor. The wine is completely free from pesticides or additives and full of deliciousness.

    Beyond ordinary wine

There are no words to express its beautiful color. The taste was stronger and different from sweet fruity flavor of Gransol 2015. It is beyond the standard of ordinary wine. (Gransol 2016)

    Surprised by Mysterious Color

Deep color is really astonishing. I spent elegant time with my friend who loves wine. This wine doesn’t compete with heavy dishes. Also, it matches well with desserts such as cheese and dry fruits. The design of the bottle is as fine as the taste.
