The Miho Museum & Its Wine (reprint from facebook)
There’s one more thing to say about the Miho Museum. That is the wine, which is a unique, unconventional wine. Italian vintners, who are devout Christians, started Natural Agriculture and worked with a dedicated prayer to their grapes. Wine aged from carefully selected best grapes without the use of antioxidants tastes simple but strong. The noble taste retains royal grace like a queen, who would avoid any humiliation. Different from a usual relaxing effect, the wine caused energy to flow out of my head, giving me a humble sensation as if I just finished sacred wine. I heard this wine is part of an offering for the Holy Mass in the Catholic church. I said to myself, “Oh, I see. This is the sacramental wine that substitutes the blood of Jesus.”
